This movie has won many film awards, so it is a good film. Even without awards, it is still a good film. For Singapore and fortunate people like us, people who live in flats, wake up every morning from your house, from your bed, with nice comfy transport like air conditioned buses and MRTs to school or work everyday is a form of luxury for people like us.
For most people who are born, live, study, and work in those developing countries like India, they live in slums, walk to school, work to work, only enough cash for food, no cash for PSP, PC, arcades, movies, transport, clothes.. They cant afford fast food, fancy food like desserts and breadtalk, Q bread or Sweet Talk. Every day is day of survival for just food, these people will just eat rice only.. Meat is a luxury item.. These people reminds us that we must be thankful and work hard and do well in our studies, in our work.. Well, KM091B-ians, you are much fortunate and much better off than those people in developing countries, better than the people in India ( see how the people are living in the slums, their houses can be removed overnight without their knowledge suddenly)..
You have alot of potential and chances to work hard and do well. Start from today. Do it! You can!
